How much does it cost to put something for sale ? 

Putting your forklift for sale is completely free. Auctelia will only receive a comission if your equipment is actually sold. This way you can be assured that we will do our outmost to obtain the best price.

Our mission is to ensure that your forklift is sold at the best price and within the shortest time, without having to spend time or energy on it. That's why our team has developed a sales platform and a professional sales procedure, with which you can be sure that every effort has been made to realize a successful sale !

Do you make advertising for my equipment ? 

Is the final price showed on the website the amount that i will receive ? 

Once your material is online, it is visible to thousands of buyers who regulary view our website and / or newsletters. In addition, we place as many advertisements as possible on various professional advertising sites, specialized in sectors such as : construction, industry, transport, logistik, agriculture, ...

Our comission has not yet been deducted from the amount stated on the website. Our commission :
• 5% for articles <€ 5,000 
• 0% for articles> € 5,000 
For example, if your forklift is sold for € 4,000, you will receive an amount of € 3,800.

When you put your forklift for sale, you have the option to set a reserve price. If that price is not reached, you have the right to refuse the sale for no extra costs. If the price is reached or exceeded, we will automatically send an invoice to the highest bidder.

After receipt of the invoice, the buyer has 3 working days to make his payment. As soon as we have received the payment, we will send the buyer a conformation code and your contact details to make an appointment for the pick-up of the forklift. Only after the buyer has taken possession of the purchase, we will pay you the amount of the sale of the forklift. This way of working protects both the buyer and the seller against possible risks of fraud.

Create your sale
Click on "create your sale" and put the technical description of your equipment, some photos and a price.

Validation by an expert
An expert cheks and validates your sales. Your material is now visible on our website.

Advertising period
Before the auction opens, Auctelia attracts as many potential buyers as possible through advertisments and thousands of users.

Payment and invoicing
Once your sales price is reached we automatically send an invoice to the highest bidder. 

Auction sale
During 1 or 2 weeks, potential buyers have the opportunity to bid on your equipment.

Viewing day
You plan a viewing day to allow prospective buyers to view the material and ask questions

Pick up of the material
Afther receiving the payment we will put you in touch with the buyer to organise an appointment for the pick up.

When will i receive the money from the sale of my forklift ?
